BirthMyWay provides educational information and wellness support, not medical care. Our services do not replace advice from your doctor or other qualified healthcare professional. Consult your healthcare provider before beginning exercise, yoga, nutrition or pregnancy/postpartum programs.
We do not guarantee any particular birth, labour, breastfeeding or health outcome.
3. Program Access
Access, validity, benefits and schedules depend on the program purchased. Session timings, instructors or platforms may occasionally change when necessary. Missed sessions generally do not qualify for refunds.
4. Intellectual Property

Refund & Cancellation
All purchases made through BirthMyWay are considered final.
1. Cancellation
Once a membership, course, webinar, workshop, or digital program is purchased, cancellation requests will generally not be accepted.
2. Refunds
Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, including for unused sessions, missed classes, change of mind, personal circumstances, or failure to attend scheduled sessions.
3. Rescheduling
If BirthMyWay postpones or reschedules a session or program, participants will be provided with an alternative session/date or access to the rescheduled program.

5. Exceptions
